But all indications are that you really didn’t know about Casey’s plans.

What What’s going to happen now? Jude asked.

Casey’s going to stand trial, Dr.ew replied.

She’ll probably be found guilty of first-degree murder.

That’s a life sentence, possibly even the death penalty given the extreme brutality of the crime.

“You’ll have to be strong for them, especially for the newborns,” Jude nodded, tears streaming down his cheeks.

“So did Nicole,” Dr.ew added.

“And so did their children.

” Molly nodded, gathering papers from the table.

Casey had been so obsessed with Jude that she’d lost touch with reality.
